Murchison Falls National Park where you can spot various wildlife species like the lions, elephants, buffaloes, bush and water buck, leopards, Uganda Kobs, warthogs, Rhinos, giraffes, Topi, oribi, cheetah and leopards, bush pigs among others. Activities to encounter include the game drives, boat ride and much more time available! It is noted that in Uganda, it is only at this park that one can if with chance to see all the big five in the Africa (Lions, Elephants, Leopards, Rhino.
Bwindi Impenetrable National Park lies in southwestern Uganda on the edge of the Rift Valley. Its mist-covered hillsides are blanketed by one of Uganda's oldest and most biologically diverse rainforests, which dates back over 25,000 years and contains almost 400 species of plants. More famously, this “impenetrable forest” also protects an estimated 320 mountain gorillas – roughly half of the world’s population, including several habituated groups, which can be tracked.
This biologically diverse region also provides shelter to a further 120 mammals, including several primate species such as baboons and chimpanzees, as well as elephants and antelopes. There are around 350 species of birds hosted in this forest, including 23 Albertine Rift endemics.

January to March: Hot and dry, an excellent time of year to be on safari in Uganda.

April and May: Uganda’s long rainy season when many camps are closed. Rains tend to be in the morning and late afternoon.

June to September: Temperatures climb rapidly and this is a fantastic time of year for gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.

October to December: Another great time of year to be on safari, you can get some rain in November but temperatures are favourable and conditions are ideal for game viewing.
